On Sunday, August 4th at 5:40 pm, the Attic Treasures Roadshow comes to Castle in the Clouds. Appraiser Bruce Buxton will discuss and evaluate heirlooms and flea market finds. Also at CintC, explore the outdoors with the weekly Walks and Talks (Mondays at 10am-reservations required). Meanwhile, the current exhibits at the Currier Museum of Art include Flemish masterworks from the Rose-Marie and Eijk van Otterloo collection and Poster Mania! (bold designs from the early 20thc). The Wright Museum has a new exhibit titled Bound for Glory (American in Color), a collection of Depression-era and World War-II era color images documenting the daily lives of Americans. Finally, on Wednesday, July 31st, Canterbury Shaker Village has its annual gathering and auction, from 5:30-8:30pm. You can preview the catalog here.
