A read for Innocents Day:  Newtown by Matthew Lysiak offers a meticulous  account of  the Sandy hook school shooting.  His reportage of the killers descent into violence and of the fatal events is meticulous.  Lysiak does not pretend to resolve the ‘big’ questions (access to weapons, the availability of counseling etc) but his book serves as a reminder that they are still open to debate.
