“The Rover”.  In this post-apocalyptic (think “Mad Max”) thriller, Guy Pearce pruses a gang that stole his car    Looking for a rom-com or a date flick?  In “Blended“, Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore are single parents in search of a mate.  “Finding Normal” recreates the premises of “Doc Hollywood”, in which a high-powered M.D. is forced to do community service in the sticks.  In “Liberal Arts“, a college alum falls for the campus life–and a professors free spiriied daughter. In “Moms’ Night Out”, the dads take the kids for a night. What could go wrong?  Action and suspense fans  can choose between monsters (“Godzilla“), superheros (“Transformers, Age of Extinction”,  “Captain America -Winter Soldier“), and volcanoes (“Pompeii“).
