Welders just finished installing a new rail to the library’s back steps (complete with safety gate). It replaces a rusty unit with something both safe and handsome!  It even matches our color scheme. Props to East Coast Welding for their excellent fabrication work, to the CH Selectmen for supporting this needed project and to Library Trustee for Sarah Heath for finding the right paint.
