New on Audio

LightEnjoy a good read, er, narration, on your next drive, workout, or home project.  Or when just sitting about. Jsut in:   All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr–last summer’s runaway bestseller and book club fav about a girl and a German soldier in wartime France.  The Liar by Nora Roberts, in which a woman falls victim to a sinister grifter. World Gone By by Dennis Lehane, a “pychologically and morally complex novel of blood, crime, and vengeance [whew].” Two by mark Twain:  The Adventures of Tom Sawyer,  a boys idyll, and The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, a realistic adult adventure–Twain’s best novel. And,  All Quiet on the Western Front by Erich Maria Remarque. Lyrical and stark, it captures the frontline experience like few other works of fiction.
