Just in: suspense

roomWhen not co-authoring with Douglas Preston, Lincoln Child is a fine suspense writer on his own. The Forgotten Room, his fourth standalone novel featuring Dr. Jeremy Logan, invloves a series of strange happenings at a Newport mansion which culminated with the crazed suicide of a distinguished physician.  In a recording of his last words, he had complained about voices that “taste like poison.” The paranormal investigator will have his work cut out for him.
