Just in: Fiction

spyThe library took delivery of some new times last week. Suspense readers will want to line up for a chance to read The English Spy by Daniel Silva, the latest in hisGabriel Allon series, in which a member of the English royal family becomes the target for a terrorist attack. Readers on the lookout for something more cozy might try The Little Paris Bookshop by Nia George.  It’s about a bookseller who   has an uncanny ability to prescribe the perfect book to cure any spiritual malady, except his own. That changes when a neglected letter beckons him on a journey of acceptance and healing.  Prefer something with wide open spaces and a tall dark stranger? Try Texas Tough by Janet Daily or Untamed by Diane Palmer. And, the library also added another beach read, Summer with My Sisters by Holly Chamberlin. In it, a young women returns to the beach town in Maine to act as guardian for her two younger sisters.  Beach setting? Check? Family issues to hash out? Check.  A surprise twist? Check? Classic beach read.
