What could go wrong?  In “Shopaholic to the Rescue”, Sophie Kinsella adds a twist of suspense to Becky’s madcap adventures when her dad goes missing in L. A.  “See Me” by Nicholas Sparks mixes familiar tropes:  guy on the rebound, woman with a past, chance meeting on a rainy road. Sparks–what else?
