Taco Cleanse?

tacoTired of diets that leave  you feeling depleted and hungry?  Try the The Taco Cleanse,  a new diet/cookbook by Wes Allison.  Wes and his team of ‘taco scientists’ from Austin, Texas offer a plant-based diet that ‘rewards your body with what it naturally craves’: tortillas, refried beans, greens, and guacamole!  What we have her is a vegan diet, but one dressed in salsa and and served up on a Taco.  Team Taco has recipes for breakfast, lunch dinner and desert. They offers meat and fish substitutes for those who want them. They do caution that theirs is not a weight loss plan per se, but one aimed to leave you feeling right and feeling good. Ole!
