No summer reading list would be complete without a “pack-in-the-career-for the-sticks” plot. We have two. In “Falling” by Jane Green, a refugee from the NY banking world takes up with a Westport bartender. In “What We Find” by Robyn Carr, the story is set in Denver and her heroine is a doctor but the idea is the same. Not great literature but a good beach escape.
