behaveEverybody Behaves Badly” by Lesley Blume follows Hemingway and his fellow carousers on a trip to Pamplona for the running of the bulls, a trip that birthed “The Sun Also Rises.”   Blume reveals how Hemingway co-opted the personal drama swirling around him as fodder for a new novel. “Working feverishly and with malice”, he rendered their private lives into a masterwork of American literature.
