He profiles Cleveland’s Heinen supermarkets, interviewing owners,  buyers and baggers (an astonishingly sophisticated art).   Ruhlman “debunks many bad raps foisted on food retailer (they dont make you walk past junk food to get to the good stuff), revels in the sheer abundance that today’s supermarkets offer and the logistic miracles that make this abundance possible” (Publishers Weekly).
