Despite cloudy skies and occasional drizzle, lots of folks dropped by to browse our wares and take home treasures. This and our sale on July 4th combined to raised a little over $500 for the library, all by donations. Credit is due to Karen Ponton, who organized the sales, helped publicize them and put in a yeoman’s effort on sale days. Thanks also go out to Lowell and Karlene Schwartz, Jo Morse, Karen Ullman and Bette Miller, who helped with the sale and to Forestview Manor for taking our books on tape.
